Candy cane face mask

Candy Cane cream mask

I’ve said numerous times in the past that I love a good facemask, something that’s even better than a facemask is a seasonal facemask!! So when I saw some new masks on ASOS yesterday I had to try this one, it’s my favourite Christmas scent.

I love the packaging, it clearly shows what the mask is based on, and the colours are complimentary and festive. This mask is said to cleanse, refine and purify. I have oily/combination skin so tend to go for these features in a mask, hydration isn’t really what I’m after, I’m looking for minimising pores etc.

This sachet was incredibly easy to open, what I will say is it says 1 application from the sachet, the manufacturers have been really generous, I slathered this on really thickly and still had loads left, my husband and I could easily have had a good coverage mask each out of this, great value for money.

Applied to cleansed, wet skin you allow to work for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off, the mask did dry down slightly and change colour as a mud mask would normally do. I found this really easy to rinse off, and the mask is scented so created a nice sensory experience whilst wearing.

My skin feels super soft now I’ve rinsed it off, my problem pores on my nose do look smaller and I’m happy with how my skin looks and feels. This will definitely be a repeat purchase and I’m looking forward to trying others in the range. Check out here for this mask and others, they’re a bargain at £3 each.

Next on my list is the hot cocoa, and I know Stacey will love the pumpkin spice, let us know which ones you like.
