Colourpop Christmas Sale 2017 haul

Colourpop, if you're a regular reader, is a favourite of both of ours and when they had an up to 40% sale on Boxing day I had to spend some Christmas pennies! Colourpop pressed shadows are definitely in my top 3 for formula of all the brands I own, dare I say it might even be my favourite!

For the price the quality is outstanding. All the palettes I've tried have been super pigmented and super easy to blend. That's why 2 are in my project pan 2018 as I enjoy using them so much. The only downside is that although they offer free international shipping over $50, I've had to pay customs on every order. I try to convince myself it's delayed postage so I don't resent it too much.

Colourpop Christmas Sale Haul

Not only did they have up to 40% off but they also had a free palette if you spent over $40, it was one of their newest releases and on my wishlist so they're very generous to customers. It's nice when brands don't just giveaway the items they can't sell.

I picked up a setting spray in Aventurine which is part of their crystal collection. Not only does this help set makeup but Aventurine the crystal is said to bring luck.

Aventurine and So Quiche
A Supershock Shadow I had on my wishlist for a while was So Quiche - previous colleagues of mine were obsessed with Summer Heights High and J'amie coined this expression so it reminds me of them each time I use it. Colouprop describe it as a soft olive with violet and gold sparkles.

I picked up 3 palettes and then received the 4th for free. I'm going to feature each one in a separate post as I don't want to make this post really long and feel they each deserve their own spotlight.

The palettes I picked up are;
Double Entendre - a nice neutral everyday palette
You Had Me At Hello - a beautiful plum and neutral palette
All I See Is Magic - a mix of matte neutrals and jewel toned shimmers
Golden State Of Mind - their Sephora colab straight up shimmers and glitters

Which palette are you most looking forward to seeing reviewed first?
